5GAA Online Session: Introducing a Study on Dynamic V2X Use Cases

The 5G Automotive Association (5GAA) is pleased to invite you to this Online Session, taking place on Wednesday 1 July, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm CEST, introducing the newly released 5GAA Technical Report “A Study on Dynamic V2X Use Cases”, giving participants a first look at its key findings and insights—directly from the experts who developed it. 

The study explores how C-V2X technologies can support a range of dynamic road safety use cases beyond basic awareness services, including intersection safety, vulnerable road users, soft intersections, and high-speed rear-end collisions. By combining analytical models, simulations, and real-world data, the report examines how direct (PC5) and network-based (Uu) communications can work together to extend situational awareness, especially in complex or non-line-of-sight scenarios.

With V2X increasingly reflected in NCAP discussions, this session will also touch on what these findings mean for the path toward deployment and real-world implementation.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from the main contributors and be among the first to explore the report published by the 5G Automotive Association.
